How can I register with BSH-Login?
- Click on the "Sign Up" menu or button.
- Fill in the registration form, read and confirm the privacy policy document and press "Send"”.
- A confirmation will then appear in the browser.
- In your e-mail inbox, look for the e-mail from the BSH with the subject "BSH-Login: Validation of your email address". Follow the link given there.
- A confirmation appears in the browser that your email address is now verified. You can close the browser window.
- Your account will now be created. You will receive two emails from BSH; one with the link to the login page, the second with your login details. This may take up to the next working day.
I have already registered, how do I log in to BSH-Login?
- You will receive two emails from BSH; one with the link to the login page, the second with your login details. Follow the link and click on "Login".
- Log in with your e-mail address and the password you received.
- You will see an initially empty list of your specialist procedures.
- You can apply for access via the menu item or button "Apply for specialist procedures". Please read the information texts for the specialist procedures, where any activation requirements are stated.
How do I select the special procedure(s) which I want to use?
- Click on the menu or the button "Request specialist procedure".
- You will see a list of available specialist procedures with their description. For some specialist procedures you must agree to terms of use, which are listed there (if available). Click on the word "Terms of use" to read them.
- Select one or more specialist procedures, agree to the terms of use and then click "Send Request".
- A confirmation appears in the browser. The approval for a specialist procedure is granted by the corresponding specialist administrator after checking your data and your justification. This is a manual checking process that may take a few working days. You will receive an e-mail in any case.
- After you have received confirmation from the specialist administrator that your access has been activated, you can log back into BSH-Login. You will now see the name of the specialist procedure and the "role" assigned to you. This role determines which functions you can use.
- Normally, you see your specialist procedures in the so-called "productive area". If you are involved in a project development, the specialist administrator can also activate you for the test area. In this case, you will also see your specialist procedures in the test area.
- You can apply for additional specialist procedures later. To do so, use the menu "Request specialist procedures" or the button "Request further" next to your role list.

How can I delete my account at BSH?
If you no longer need your BSH user account and would like to have your user data completely deleted, please contact the IT Service Desk (it-servicedesk@bsh.de) with an informal e-mail. Our staff will then arrange for your account and user data to be deleted. We are planning a separate menu item for this in the future.
